A leaderboard is a great way to engage your team by providing ongoing incentive for generating reviews, such as Top Requester of the Month.
The Requests > Leaderboard page allows you to rank locations (1 = highest) to determine top performers in number of requests sent. Within the web application, you can view statistics for all requests, resulting clicks, number of total reviews, and average star rating.
Frontline employees using the mobile app can also access a version of the leaderboard to view top performers within their location.
The top line filters below the Menu Bar affect the data shown on the tab. Secondary filters are available to limit the data by request mode: All, SMS, Email, and Kiosk.
Group By filters allow you to sort the data by Requester , Location , or other custom filter.

|Rank||The requester or location with the most review requests sent.|
|Location/Requester*||The location or user associated with the ranking.|
|Requests Sent||The total number of requests sent from the selected location or user (requester).|
|Clicks to Review||The total number of clicks generated from the request. The click count correlates to any links within the email or SMS message. The number of clicks does not correlate directly to a review posting beyond the initial message if the user abandons the request process, but it is a good indicator of interest.
For example, this location sent 4 requests. Of those requests, 3 generated clicks (not necessarily unique). Of those clicks, it's probable that 2 recipients completed the review process.
|Total Reviews||The total number of reviews associated with the selected location. This number includes all reviews for the location, including unsolicited reviews that are not generated by a request, survey responses, and kiosk reviews.
For example, this location sent 3 requests but received 4 reviews. Based on the click count, it's probable that 2 recipients posted a review based on a request, and 2 more reviewers posted a review or answered a survey that was not generated by request.
Attribution for a particular requester is tied to a request sent via the mobile app or a request method within the platform using a quick request or bulk upload.
|Average Star Rating||The average of all star ratings from the reviews received. Rating scale is 1-5 up to one decimal point. To view insight into which source review site was clicked in a particular request, visit the Requests > History page.|
To access additional options, click the ellipses in the top, right corner of the Leaderboard summary area. .
