The platform supports hundreds sources. Some sources are not used for all accounts or all industries.
Typically sources fall within three categories of functionality:
||Monitor – Sites from which the platform pulls reviews. Collection per site varies but is typically every 24 hours. Direct connection via API (when available) is highly reliable and allows for more frequent refreshing of review collection.
Respond – Sites that allow businesses to reply to reviews via the platform. Credentials or connections are required for responding through the platform. Direct connection via API (when available) is highly reliable and allows for faster publishing to the source site.
Request – Sites you can drive people to when requesting a review. The URL must be loaded into the platform before you can select the site in your request.
||Audit – Sites that do not receive your Source of Truth. The platform pulls your data from these sites solely for visibility into the comparison against your Source of Truth.
Managed – Sites that receive your Source of Truth. Some sites are updated directly via API (Google, Bing, etc.), while others receive your data through aggregators in our Partner Network. Data from these sites is also audited against your Source of Truth. Direct connections established with a site for highly reliable and more frequent refreshing of listings data (name, address, phone number, hours, etc.) in the platform audit and on the source site.
||Monitor – Sites that you can monitor within social feeds.
Publish – Sites that you can post to from within the platform. Credentials or connections are required for posting through the platform.

Review Responding Sources
- If you don’t have the credentials for each location, you might need to contact the review site to obtain them.
- Additionally, not all review sites allow responses from our platform–or even from theirs (direct).
If you have review sources enabled that do not allow for responses, the percentages for the reviews responded/unresponded may not add up to 100. See the Reviews tab for more information.
Refer to the following table for review response capabilities for some of the most common sources. Not all sources are listed:
|Source||Platform Response||Direct Response||Claiming Pages and Other Notes|
|If you don't have the credentials for a page, you may first need to claim the page. Your CSM can help you verify and claim locations.
For Google My Business (GMB), we can bulk verify for businesses with 10+ locations.
Alternatively, if you do not know the email address associated with a location's GMB page, we may be required to request a post card via postal service as a last resort. The post card contains a code that allows us to manually claim individual pages.

|Healthgrades||Requires non-Reputation.com credentials. Work directly with Healthgrades to create the roster. Responses must be 50 characters or less. Possible to claim individual pages.|
|RateMDs||To bulk claim pages on RateMD, compile a list of your physicians’ RateMDs profile links and provide at least two physician drivers' licenses. Work with a RateMDs representative to then set up all of your physicians under one account. Review responses must be 50 characters or more.|
