The Reports tab allows you to track the metrics that matter most to your business by providing prebuilt reports per solution, as well as the ability to create custom reports and track performance against your competitors. Easily schedule and share continuous feedback with your organization to set change — and continuous improvements — in motion.
Reports By Solution
Reports are categorized by type, which correspond to the solutions enabled for your account. Expand a solution to view all reports available.
Some reports allow you to customize how you display the data. You can save your customizations as new reports for easy access to them at a later date and for automated delivery of them according to a custom schedule. All reports that you customize will be saved under a new category called “Created by Me.”

Competitive Insights
Competitive reporting allows you to compare your performance against specific competitors and brands.
Local Competition Leaderboard
Compare your locations against local competitors; rank by winners and laggards.
Competing Brands Dashboard
Compare your brand against competitive brands, regardless of location proximity.


Report Options
To access additional options, click the ellipses in the top, right corner of each report. .
Option | Description |

Download PDF | Export the current report into a PDF report. The Title Page of the report includes your account logo, name of the report, time period selected, and locations selected. |
Download CSV | Export the current report data into a CSV format. |
Schedule | Create a scheduled report to automatically send an email with the current data as a PDF or CSV attachment to other users within the platform (individual or role) or email addresses outside the account. Specify a report Name, Frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly), Format, and Message to include in the body of the email. |
Forward | Send the current report via email with a PDF or CSV attachment to other users within the platform (individual or role) or email addresses outside the account. Specify a Subject and Message to include in the body of the email. |
Share | Share your report with others in your organization. Search for the user or role that you want to set permissions for, and then set the desired permission (None, View, Edit). Click + to add the permission and Save when finished. For example: I want to make the report private to everyone except users with the "Regional Manager RDC" role. Additionally, I want to be the only one who can edit the report. ![]() The next time a user with the Regional Manager RDC role accesses the Reports tab, they will see the report under the Shared with Me menu. ![]() Do NOT set the Global permission to "None" without also giving yourself "Edit" access. Otherwise you will lose access to your report. |
Save | Save any changes made to your report. |
Save as New | Create a copy of an existing report. Add a name and description for the copy, set a delivery schedule (if desired), and save to continue. Your report copy is now available under Created By Me. |
Edit | Make changes to an existing custom report. |
Delete | Remove a custom report from the Created By Me section. Solution specific reports and reports in Shared With Me cannot be deleted. |
Set as Default | Select one report as the default to show upon clicking the Reports tab. The system defaults to showing the Daily Summary report. |
Delivery emails include a link to view the report as well as a link to launch the report within the platform in order to interact with the data and add customizations (available to users with account credentials).
Report links are live for 7 days.
