Teams who need to govern the language that is used in social posts can now configure a set of keywords or phrases that require approval before publishing. Approvals follow the typical social post approval workflows.
Users with approval permissions receive an alert email that highlights the word or phrase that triggered the approval flow.
When building your list, keep in mind that keywords and phrases are case sensitive and exact match. You must provide all versions of the word or phrase. For example, if you want to monitor and approve any discounts offered, your list could include:
