Category sentiment scale updated to 0 to 100 for all Insights modules.

Previously, category sentiment was measured on a -100 to 100 scale, making it more difficult to conceptualize your score’s value. Now, category sentiment is measured on a 0 to 100 scale to make it more intuitive and easier to share across the organization.

This category sentiment scale change applies to all Insights charts, reports, and custom dashboards.
