Filter Tickets by Survey

Filter tickets generated by specific survey templates.

Within your Actions dashboard, you can now identify tickets that were created from a Sales survey vs. a Service survey, for example.

To filter tickets by survey:

  1. From the Actions dashboard, locate the Channel filter on the left side.
  2. Select Survey, and then choose the survey template from the drop-down.
  3. Click Apply.

The dashboard updates to reflect only the tickets that were the result of the selected survey(s).
