Distinguish between high quality and suspect results.

Now use a filter to exclude suspect results from your decision-making process, and analyze those results separately. When you enable the quality indicator, survey results counted as suspect will not be incorporated when calculating scores such as NPS or rating.

The survey settings must have survey quality indicator enabled.

To filter surveys by quality:

  1. From the menu, click Surveys > All Surveys.
  2. Click Results for the survey you want to review.
  3. Use the Survey Quality filter to limit the results to Suspect or Genuine.
