Reputation – Core Certification

This certification course provides training on the core components of the platform: Dashboard, Reviews, Requests, Reputation Score, and Reports.


Recommended time to complete this course is 60 minutes. Your progress is saved as you go. If you can’t finish in one sitting, you can come back to it later.

Note: If you do not have access to all of these features, they are not included in your coursework. You can still complete the course, but the certification quiz requires knowledge of all modules.

Learning Objectives

After completing this course, you should be able to do the following:

1 Analyze your company's regional performance with regard to Average Star rating.
2 Monitor reviews from third-party sites, define best practices for responding to reviews, and identify ways to promote positive reviews.
3 Summarize common methods for requesting reviews, and explain the customer experience for different request modes (email and SMS).
4 Discover techniques for generating a steady review stream, recognize top performers, and measure overall effectiveness of requests.
5 List the components that contribute to your Reputation Score, begin tracking your score trend, and compare it against industry average and best in class.
6 Prepare and regularly share reports for further analysis and action.
