Choose Categories in Tornado Summary Report

Make your reports more concise and digestible.

Because different users/roles/functions care about different parts of the customer experience, you can now receive a report containing only the categories that matter to you.

To customize Tornado categories:

  1. From the Reports menu, expand the Operations category.
  2. Click the Tornado Summary report.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. From the Categories drop-down, select the categories you want to include/exclude from the report.
  5. Click Save As, and save the report with a new name.
